KIM HONEGGER

When Kim followed in her mother’s footsteps to become a realtor in California, she never imagined she’d one day be living in North Carolina (by way of New Jersey!), but she is grateful life doesn’t always follow what we believe the plan should be. In South San Jose, California, Kim grew up admiring the career her mom had as a successful real estate agent. Kim’s early passion for the many facets of the work led her to become the youngest realtor in the county. At just 19 years of age, Kim’s career was launched. Later, after marrying, Kim stepped out of the direct role of agent and worked as a stager. Not only did this training and experience enable her to help a home put on its best face for potential customers, it gave her a schedule that allowed her to spend more time at home enjoying the sweet smiles of her 3 children. Kim and her husband have bought and sold five homes across the country but now reside in Holly Springs. From their first day here, the Honeggers knew this was home. Kim feels the Triangle area has everything a person or family could want. From culture to colleges, from 4 sun-filled but mild seasons to sensational restaurants, everything is within a quick reach, or a few hours’ drive. Like many others moving to the Triangle, Kim’s path was not one she’d planned to travel. She and her family love North Carolina and can’t imagine calling anyplace else “home”. Thankfully, she also knows what it’s like to “grow roots” and looks forward to helping you find the perfect place for you and your family to call “HOME”.
