We moved back to Minnesota and while we were gone a valve burst and we had lots of water damage. Mike and the Triangle team went into Exceptional mode. Within a week we had counters removed, cabinets removed, insulation in crawl space removed, 2 sections of wall removed, carpet removed, hardwood removed, and everything dry. Mike didn’t stop there, but helped with finding and monitoring contractors and we got new walls, new paint, new hardwood, new insulation, everything fixed, painted, cleaned, and we closed 2 weeks from the target date.
